1. Payment Methods
Test Sagar accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay
- Digital Wallets: PayPal, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe
- UPI: All major UPI providers
- Net Banking: All major Indian banks
- Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (where legally permitted)
- PAYEER: Electronic payment system
2. Pricing and Billing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis
- Prices may vary based on promotional offers and regional availability
- All prices include applicable taxes where required by law
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance for existing subscribers
3. Subscription and Renewal
- Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You will receive email notifications before automatic renewals
- Renewal charges will be processed using your saved payment method
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
4. Payment Security

5. Refund Policy
7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our premium services.
Refund Conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
- Account must not have been terminated for violation of terms of service
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Partial refunds may be provided for longer subscription periods on a pro-rata basis
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund period
- Accounts suspended for policy violations
- Requests for digital wallet or cryptocurrency payments may have different processing times
6. Failed Payments
In case of failed payment attempts:
- We will attempt to process payment up to 3 times over a 7-day period
- You will receive email notifications about failed payment attempts
- Service may be suspended if payment cannot be processed
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan after multiple failed attempts
- You can update your payment method in your account settings at any time
7. Taxes and Fees
- Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) will be added to your subscription fee where required
- Payment processing fees may apply for certain payment methods
- Currency conversion fees may apply for international payments
- Tax invoices will be provided for all transactions where applicable
8. Promotional Offers and Discounts
- Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions
- Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- Promotional pricing applies only to the first billing cycle unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional offers at any time
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider:
- Please contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
- We will provide necessary documentation to resolve legitimate disputes
- Service access may be restricted during chargeback investigations
